Ingredients

  • 200gm Hung curd


  • 200gram vermicilli


  • 2 table spoon powdered sugar


  • 2 table.spoon chopped almond pesta


  • 1 pinch kesar


  • 3table spoon Condensed milk


  • 4table spoon boondi

Directions

  • Hung the curd till it becomes thick..mix it with powdered sugar,cardamon powder,kesar,2table spoon milk and boondi ..keet it in fridge.
  • Fry vermicilli in ghee till it becomes golden..add condensed milk and stir..when it becomes sticky we have to give it bowl shape...greese ghee in a small bowl and add the sevai in bowl and press it according to the bowl..then lightly take it out ..
  • Fill the sevaiya bowl with the curd mixture...and keep in fridge for sometimes...enjoy chilled😍
